In APAC, Anna Carver will have a particular focus on established hotspots, such as Thailand, Bali and Vietnam, as well as emerging markets in Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. With Asia Pacific standing as the second largest market for branded residences, this move represents a strategic opportunity for GBR to spread our passion and commitment for the very best professional advisory for clients in the region.
The Middle East and North Africa regions will be a focus for Katherine Christie, who will be based in Dubai. With Dubai being the epicentre of branded residtial activity gloablly, this is the perfect base for further business expansion in the UAE (Dubai, abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Ras al Khaimah), Saudi Arabia and Egypt.Katherine will also be expanding GBR’s buisness in India, working closely with stragetic partners on the ground
