About Global Branded Residences

Founded by Riyan Itani, former Head of Global Residential Development Consultancy at Savills, Global Branded Residences is a dedicated consultancy firm specialising in a range of branded residential development advisory services, operator selection & negotiation and transactional services.

Riyan has been the keynote speaker at numerous conferences and forums including the Resort & Residential Hospitality Forum (R&R), the Association of Portuguese Developers and Investors (APPII), The Luxury Property Forum as well as private webinars for Savills, Marriott International and Brands Lab International (BLI).

Caitlin’s comprehensive knowledge of development and proficiency in property marketing extends to the art of conceptualising and negotiating brand and commercial partnerships.


Specialising in residential and mixed-use development, Caitlin has successfully directed and delivered ambitious projects in competitive markets for luxury and mid-market property, Build to Rent, mixed-use, hotels & hospitality and branded residences.  


Previously holding senior leadership positions within diversified and highly branded property companies for over a decade, in 2013 Caitlin founded Projects of Place, a strategic consultancy that works with industry trailblazers to define and deliver ambitious vision, while unlocking unique market opportunities for differentiation, commercial growth, customer engagement and brand excellence.

She qualified from Colliers in 2020 and, prior to joining GBR in 2023 as a Development Consultant, Katherine spent the last few years giving property and asset management advice to high-net-worth clients on their central London portfolios.

He has worked on all aspects of the development of mixed-use and stand-alone residential for over 40 developments worldwide.

Roger Allen is the Group Chief Executive Officer of RLA Global, a recognized international advisory to investors, owners, developers and management companies.  Specialized in hospitality, leisure, recreation, wellbeing and tourism related to hotels, resorts, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, active living communities and destination tourism developments. 


RLA Global works closely with the public and private sector in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa via its operational offices in Las Vegas, Budapest and Dubai to provide conceptual planning, financial analysis and asset management of complex properties such as resorts, retreats and destination assets.   

  

For more than 20 years, Roger has been working on multiple levels of project developments in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industries, developing a singular expertise in destination projects: from the complexity of planning through to implementation and operations.


Roger has been engaged with most of the leading hotel operating brands, is a former partner at Horwath HTL for Central & Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS Countries and was a contributing author to the book “Hotel & Resorts Valuation – An Investor‘s Guide”.  


Roger is also a Board Director of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and author of the industry standard Wellness Real Estate Report that is the only independent resource that tracks the financial impact of wellbeing and wellness on real estate performance.

Currently he is developing a 59-storey ultra luxury residential tower - 710 Edge in Miami‘s Edgewater district together with the One Thousand Group, the developers behind the late Zaha Hadid designed ultra luxury residential Tower One Thousand Museum.


With Princess Lilly zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, he founded and manages BPA - Branded Property Advisory Pte Ltd, a boutique branded real estate licensing firm that works with a large portfolio of luxury brands in fashion, automotive, medical wellness, publishing, entertainment, celebrities and high-end gastronomy. The firm has offices in Miami, Dubai and Singapore.
