In 2025, GBR was engaged by the developers of the WOLO Hotel, situated in the vibrant Dutamas area of Kuala Lumpur, to help validated their residential product offering, services and amenities at their flagship hotel and residences project.

At over 350 residential units, the project is due to be the largest branded project in Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia’s capital city is currently the equal 10th largest market for branded residences by global cities. While this ranking accounts for only 6 completed branded projects in the city, the proved reception of branded residences in the market signals future potential for growth.
