Development Consultancy services for an established Czech Republic based developer entering the branded residences sector

In 2024, Global Branded Residences was appointed by a leading Czech Republic-based developer to provide development consultancy for a landmark riverfront site in Prague.

While the developer has delivered numerous high-end projects in the city, they sought our expertise due to limited experience in the branded residences sector. Following a site visit and a review of existing luxury developments in Prague, we advised on the optimal unit mix, sizing, and pricing strategy. This project represents the first branded residential development in both Prague and the Czech Republic. It also sets a new benchmark in the market by introducing an unprecedented level of amenities, for which we provided detailed recommendations on scale and quality. We are currently engaged to secure a brand partner for the scheme.
